Includes comprehensive interview and testing including: aptitude, interest, work values, academic achievement and IQ testing.
- Vocational Counseling
Establish a vocational goal and identify barriers to successful employment
- Comprehensive Vocational Planning
Detailed planning to outline all steps necessary to achieve the established vocational goal.
- Voc Rehabilitation Case Management
Assessment of Vocational strengths and weaknesses with coordination of services to attain the desired outcome.
Job Placement
Includes resume preparation, job seeking skills training, coordination of employer contacts and interviews.
Job Analysis/Labor Market Survey/Research
Detailed description of target occupations are prepared according to current government standards.
Numbers of target jobs are verified in selected regions via employer contacts and advertised job openings. Salary information is obtained upon request.
Vocational Disability Rating/Litigation Support
Impact of injury on ability to obtain and maintain employment is expressed as percentage loss of access. This process includes a comprehensive vocational interview, testing and review of all available medical information and labor market research with anlaysis of all data to determine the impact of injury/disability on the individual’s access to the labor market. Expert Testimony is provided to clearly and accurately present the Vocational Disability findings or other vocational information as requested.
